Company Profile Done Right Roofing & Gutters, Inc. was started as a sole proprietorship in 1991 and incorporated in 2000. Glenn Lenker, President & CEO, has a B-General Contractors License, C-39 Roofing License, and a C-43 Sheet Metal License. Glenn has experience on all facets of the job which date back to 1985. Done Right Roofing and Gutters, Inc. has done over $10 million dollars in gross sales since 1991. Our record speaks for itself. We have no complaints filed against us with the Contractors State License Board. We have never had a lien filed against us from a supplier or subcontractor. Employees have never sued us. We have never had to tarp a roof in the middle of the night due to leaving it open. We have never been late filing our company payroll taxes and we have never been audited by the IRS. Our record speaks for itself; it is blemish free. Done Right is a Christian run business. Glenn has been on KNTV News Channel 11 (5/99) explaining how to hire a contractor with Ellis Levinson, "The Consumer Guy", and has also worked on the roof at KNTV doing various repair jobs. Glenn has also been in the San Jose Mercury News (4/00) as a voice of contractors in the valley. Glenn gives seminars on how to hire a contractor. We have no salesmen, no commission paid and no manager. Glenn over sees each reroof. Glenn will give you an update daily of the progress on the job. Billing keeps you in the driver seat with 50% the first week and 50% the second week after we are done with the clean up and the permit has been signed off. We do not put any money towards "buying business" through media advertising such as the phone book, t.v. guide, billboards etc. If you are not satisfied, we will redo the job.
