When we do a roof:

We make a complete copy of all documents for the foreman and give them to him in a job binder.

  1. Copy of the contract
  2. Material sheet to verity what is a the job site is what was ordered
  3. A diagram of the roof & details
  4. Instructions for what needs to be done
  5. Quality control sheet
  6. Daily checklist sheet
  7. Tear off survey sheet
  8. Load survey sheet

This will give the necessary information to our foreman to complete the job correctly and exceed your expectations.

Your foreman will clean all debris off the grounds each day.  No debris will be left in your yard overnight.  We pride ourselves on how clean the job is.

The foreman will be able to communicate with you.  All our foremen speak English and have a 2-way radio to reach the office & Glenn (owner).  Glenn visits the job everyday to ensure the progress of the work.  He will review progress with you or leave a message if you are not available.

Consumer Reports -  August 2003 - Recommendations:

"Properly installed (we recommend a professional), any of the shingles we've rated should hold up well for a decade or so.  The higher-scoring models have the added strength and weather-resistance to last much longer.  And while those top performers are all at least adequate at standing up to high winds, extreme temperatures, and heavy impact, they vary in which of those particular threats they best resist.  Choosing standouts in those areas will increase the odds that the shingle will survive foul weather and storm damage."

"Best values if you want the look that a laminate offers: #2 below (CertainTeed) & #4 below (GAF).  Of the two models, the GAF gets the nod for most houses because of its full 10 year warranty."

bulletImpact: Shows how well cold shingles can withstand blows from falling objects such as tree limbs.
